Meet Our People
Professor Yuval ELOVICI
Yuval is the director of the Telekom Innovation Laboratories at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU), head of BGU Cyber Security Research Center, Professor in the Department of Software and Information Systems Engineering at BGU. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer and Electrical Engineering from BGU and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Tel-Aviv University. His primary research interests are computer and network security, cyber security, web intelligence, information warfare, social network analysis, and machine learning. Professor Elovici also consults professionally in the area of cyber security and is the co-founder of Morphisec, start-up company that develops innovative cyber-security mechanisms relating to moving target defence.
Dr. Nandha Kumar KANDASAMY
Nandha has previously worked on two digital twin projects with applications in cyber security and energy management respectively. He was a Research Scientist with SUTD and worked on three cyber physical security projects focused on smart grids. Nandha has over 10 years of combined industrial and academic experience in energy management, smart grids, energy storage systems and cyber security. He also served as a Co-PI for projects worth over 900k SGD. He received his PhD from NTU Singapore and Bachelors from Anna University India. He also has two years of industrial experience with Larsen and Toubro Ltd India and was working on low-voltage power and motor control centres.
Dr. TEOH Teik Toe
Teik Toe is currently the Academic Director and Senior Lecturer in NBS, NTU teaching Business Analytics and AI subjects. He is the Academic Director for NBS Master of Science in Business Analytics. He is also the Associate Director for NTU NBS AI Lab and NTU NBS IMARC Center. He is also the adjunct professor in Henan University, Shandong Institute of Technology and Han Chiang University.

He has obtained PhD in Computer Engineering from NTU, Doctor of Business Administration and MBA from University of Newcastle, Master of Law from NUS, LLB and LLM from UoL. He did a post-doctorate with SUTD.
He is also the chartered holder of CFA, ACCA, CIMA, Chartered Accountant Singapore, Chartered Tax Practitioner, Chartered Valuer and Appraiser, Chartered Accountant Malaysia and CPA Australia. He is also a member of Mensa.
